What exactly is Thekua?

Thekua is a traditional Indian sweet snack, a gem from Bihar and Jharkhand, especially loved during Chhath Puja. It's crafted by deep-frying a dough of wheat flour, semolina, coconut, and ghee, resulting in a uniquely crispy exterior and a soft, flavorful inside.

What varieties of Thekua do you sell?

We currently offer two classic varieties:

  • Sugar (Cheeni) Thekua
  • Jaggery (Gud) Thekua

What is the shelf life and how do I store it?

Our Thekua stays fresh and delicious for up to 45 days. To keep it perfectly crisp, store it in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

How do I place an order?

Can I gift Shuddh Swad snacks?

Absolutely! Our snacks make the perfect gift. Just enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout. You can even add a personalized note to make their day.

Payment & Shipping

What payment methods are available?

We accept all major payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking, UPI, and popular digital wallets. We also offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option.

What are the delivery charges?

  • Prepaid Orders: Delivery is on us! It's completely FREE.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD you need to pay an extra ₹50 online, and the rest when your order arrives. No hidden extra charges.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking link to your email and WhatsApp. You can also use the "Track Orders" section on our website with your Order ID to see its live status.

Returns & Support

What is your return and damage policy?

Your satisfaction is our top priority.

  • Returns: Not happy? Request a return within 2 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Damaged Products: In the rare case of damage, contact us immediately with photos. We'll make it right.
